Admedia Communications is looking for a pro-active Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across digital channels. We are a vibrant digital marketing agency serving diverse clients across different industries in Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, marketing database and display advertising.
• Build and maintain client social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify digital and social media trends and insights, and optimize postings, spend and performance based on the insights.
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content, landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer touch points.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or related fields.
• Proven working experience with minimum of 2 years experience as a digital/social media marketer or similar role.
• Excellent consulting, copy writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented with good organizational ability.
• In depth knowledge in digital marketing and automation softwares, e.g Hootsuite, Brand24
• Knowledge and understanding in current trends in social media apps, ie Meta, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik tok and Youtube.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge in CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge in editing tools, e.g photoshop, canva
• Deep knowledge in Google analytics and Google ads
• Certification in Google, Meta Blueprint or LinkedIn Marketing.
